Modern Vidya Niketan Senior Secondary School, Sector-17 proudly hosted INNERVE MUN 8.0 on 24th and 25th July 2026. The two-day conference brought together young minds for meaningful dialogue, diplomacy, leadership, and collaborative problem-solving, making it a resounding success.
The conference began with a ceremonial lamp lighting and an inspiring address by Dr. Neeta Bali, Director Academics, she emphasized the need for constructive platforms like MUN to promote informed dialogue, research, and democratic expression. She underscored that such conferences nurture responsible leadership, critical thinking, and peaceful conflict resolution, equipping students to become active contributors to society. The inaugural ceremony was enriched by vibrant cultural performances celebrating the theme “One World”, highlighting unity, peace, and global cooperation.
Following this, the Secretary General declared the conference open, leading into dynamic committee sessions where delegates engaged in debates, lobbying, negotiations, and resolution drafting under the guidance of a professional Executive Board. Day One concluded with an energetic musical performance, fostering unity and enthusiasm through motivational and patriotic songs.
Day Two witnessed even more intellectually stimulating discussions, reflecting critical thinking, diplomacy, and a deeper understanding of global issues. The conference concluded with a grand Valedictory Ceremony, where Ms. Agalya Venkatesh, Principal, appreciated the efforts of the Secretariat, Executive Board, faculty, and delegates, highlighting the role of MUNs that such conferences encourage students to engage in extensive research, analyse statistics and contemporary issues, understand both national and global challenges, and collaboratively work towards meaningful and peaceful resolutions, thereby preparing them to become future leaders and responsible global citizens.
The ceremony was graced by Chief Guest Ms. Srishti Sharma, IAS Officer, Ministry of Youth Affairs, who inspired students to uphold integrity, resilience, compassion, and a spirit of service. The contributions of the Executive Board and Secretariat were acknowledged, followed by the awards ceremony, including the prestigious Best School Delegation Trophy.
INNERVE MUN 2026 stood as a transformative experience, nurturing leadership, communication, negotiation, and critical thinking, while reinforcing the power of dialogue and peaceful collaboration in building a better, more harmonious world.

The event commenced with an inspiring inaugural ceremony graced by Dr. Neeta Bali, Director Academics, MVN Schools, whose words encouraged students to think innovatively and embrace fearless learning. Principal Ms. Agalya Venkatesh warmly welcomed the gathering, inspiring participants to collaborate and celebrate learning beyond classrooms.

MVN School, Sector 88 proudly unfurled the banner of its Third Edition of Assemblage MUN 3.0, a mega event that brought together over 250 delegates,a testament to the scale, vision and resonance of this diplomatic odyssey. The Opening Ceremony was graced by the distinguished presence of Dr. Amit Mallick, IFS, whose inspiring words ignited the spirit of responsibility among the delegates, urging them to embrace positivity and shoulder the noble duty of safeguarding world peace. The august gathering was graced by the esteemed presence of Mr. J. P. Gaur, Director MVN Schools, our revered Principal Mrs. Neeta Arora and the Vice Principal Mrs. Monika Wadhwa. With solemn dignity, President Mr. Priyansh Arora declared the conference open, marking the commencement of two days of spirited debate, cultural brilliance and intellectual exchange. The Grand Finale was marked by the Prize Distribution Ceremony, where winners were adorned with trophies and certificates, their achievements celebrated as milestones in the journey of leadership.
