In this spirit, MVN School, Sector 17, hosted delightful Coffee Morning Sessions with the Parents of Pre- Primary. The event bloomed with enthusiastic participation, as parents came together for an enriching session of meaningful discussions & exchanges. It was heartwarming to witness parents connecting, forming bonds that strengthen the foundation of our school community—essential for fostering our children’s growth.
Our Principal, Ms. Agalya Venkatesh, along with Director Academics, MVN Schools, Dr. Neeta Bali, shared insights on nurturing, indulgence in learning and provided a glimpse into upcoming school projects. During this event, it was unveiled that MVN School is taking a significant leap forward by introducing the Cambridge- International Early Years Program, starting with the Nursery class in the academic session 2025-26. This addition promises to bring a globally recognized curriculum to our youngest learners, setting a strong foundation for their academic journey. These discussions sparked creative ideas on how both parents and the school can work together to enhance learning at home and within the classroom.
Parents actively participated, showing keen interest in collaborating further with the school. This interactive session offered a clearer understanding of the school’s approach, while also providing a platform for parents to voice their suggestions, thoughts and seek clarity on various initiatives.
The energy of mutual support and collaboration resonated throughout the morning, paving the way for stronger partnerships that will guide our children towards holistic development. It was a morning of connection, understanding and shared purpose—where every parent left with a sense of alignment and enthusiasm for the journey ahead.
MVN School Sector 17, celebrated Parent Power House – Early Years 1 with great enthusiasm under the theme “Healthy Me, Happy Me.” The event began with soulful chants, yoga, and a warm welcome for parents—setting the tone for a joyful day of learning and collaboration.
Children brought the six Cambridge Early Years curriculum areas to life through engaging activities like rhyme recitation, storytelling, fruit puzzles, food pyramids, vegetable printing and the Healthy Pledge Tree.
We were honored by the presence of Dr. Nita Bali, Director Academics and Ms. Agalya Venkatesh, Principal, who addressed the gathering and emphasized the importance of holistic development and strong school-home partnerships.

MVN School, Sector-17, successfully hosted the Triangular Conference 2025 on Saturday, July 19, bringing together parents, teachers and the school management in a collaborative forum focused on the holistic development of students. The event began with a warm welcome, expressing gratitude to all stakeholders for their presence and continued support.
The session highlighted the importance of strengthening the school-home partnership and introduced initiatives aimed at fostering academic excellence, emotional well-being and character development. The Principal, Ms. Agalya Venkatesh, addressed the gathering, showcasing the school’s consistent academic achievements, board examination results and commitment to values-based education. She also elaborated on the school’s focus on nurturing students' Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ) and Social Quotient (SQ), and invited parents to engage in an open and enriching dialogue.
Parents appreciated the school’s forward-thinking vision and shared insightful suggestions, including organizing counselling sessions, initiating programs like Parenting the Parent and conducting workshops to address students’ psychological and emotional needs. They stressed the importance of managing academic stress and integrating IQ and EQ-based activities into the curriculum.
The session also included discussion of upcoming workshops and emotional wellness initiatives designed to enhance student support systems and deepen school-parent collaboration.
The conference concluded with a renewed sense of unity and shared responsibility, reaffirming the collective commitment of parents, educators and school leaders to nurture well-rounded, resilient and value-driven individuals.
MVN School, Sector-17, organized an insightful and interactive session ‘My Body – My Pride’ on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, for the girls of Classes V to VII and their mothers. The session was led by the renowned Gynecologist Dr. Itisha Singh (MBBS, FOG) and aimed to create a nurturing environment for young girls as they step into adolescence. Our guest was felicitated with a green token of gratitude by our students along with the Principal, Ms. Agalya Venkatesh and Senior Coordinator, Ms. Manika Girdhar.
The Session focused on the theme ‘Growing Up Responsibly’, addressing the emotional, physical and social changes that young girls experience during puberty. Dr. Singh sensitively guided the participants through topics like body awareness, menstrual wellness, positive body image and open communication between mothers and daughters.
The interactive nature of the session allowed mothers and daughters to engage in meaningful conversations, breaking taboos and building trust. The event served as a safe space to ask questions, express doubts and gain valuable insights about growing up with dignity and confidence.
This initiative reflected the school’s commitment to fostering holistic development by empowering girls with the knowledge and support they need. The presence of mothers added emotional strength to the session, reinforcing the message that growing up is a shared journey rooted in understanding, acceptance and love.

In a thoughtful initiative aimed at supporting adolescent boys during their transformative years, an interactive session titled “Empowering Young Boys – From Transition to Transformation” was organized.
Led by the esteemed Dr. Silky Gera (MBBS, MS – Obstetrics & Gynaecology, FMAS), the session focused on addressing the physical, emotional and psychological changes experienced by boys during adolescence. Boys of Classes V–VII, along with their parents, participated in this engaging and informative session.
From understanding personal hygiene and emotional resilience to encouraging open dialogue between parents and children, the session created a safe space for awareness, guidance and meaningful conversation.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Gera for her insight and warmth and to all the parents for partnering with us in nurturing strong, sensitive and responsible young individuals.

The event was graced by the presence of Dr. Neeta Bali, Director Academics-MVN Schools,an acclaimed educationist, who shared her profound thoughts on the evolving role of parenting in today’s world, adding great value to the discussion at the onset.
Led by the dynamic Mr. Kamalneet Singh, Director & CEO of Promise, the session was an engaging blend of real-life experiences, heartfelt anecdotes and actionable insights. His interactive style captivated the audience, leaving every parent both reflective and inspired.
The session emphasized the importance of building the right "Book set, Mindset and Skill set" in children, highlighting how these three pillars can lay a strong foundation for lifelong learning and success. Parents were reminded that children are constantly observing and absorbing from their environment—and eventually express what they internalize. Hence, conscious, mindful parenting plays a critical role in shaping their emotional and intellectual growth. The session also underscored the significance of creating a collaborative vision between home and school to raise resilient and joyful learners.
The morning concluded on a warm note as Principal Ms. Agalya Venkatesh expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Guest Speaker and Parents for their active and enthusiastic participation and reassured them that together, let's continue to work towards creating a nurturing environment that supports the holistic development of our children.
